I have 3 3725's with switching module connected via dot1q trunk from SW1 to SW2, SW1 to SW3, and SW2 to SW3. They are sharing vtp domain and vlans are functioning fine. I have a few vpcs instances and a Windows 7 virtualbox guest running and can ping devices in each vlan fine. CDP is also working fine. But I cannot ping vlan1 interface on any switch, from any switch or any other device. Is this normal for GNS3 and the switching module? I have set duplex and speed even on the interfaces hoping that might help. I noticed that if I close and open the topology that I can ping a vlan1 interface from a guest pc, but as soon as I try to ping from another switch, the packets time out from the virtual pc and forever after that.
