I was just going over some features of EIGRP when i came across an article on load balancing and fail-over on the net. (http://www.ccnpguide.com/ccnp-route-642-902-eigrp/) I wanted to test it and see for myself so i went ahead and did the config. I have included most of the info you will need to build it and test it yourself. It was a great learning experience and again its not meant to be used in production as it is now, but could be with more work. Add BGP to the config and see where it takes you. I think you will find its a great exercise.
