What does it mean when internet message says "bandwidth limit exceeded?" Trying to access University of Phoenix Financial Aid website all afternoon and the message says server is temoparily unable to access this site, bandwidth limit exceeded. Is this a temporary problem of do I need to find an internet connection through a different server? Must have paperwork done to begin classes on August 4th and I didn't want to spend all weekend waiting for my server.
