When you do a file list /config command from ops mode the folder is empty?

Someone more knowledgeable than I can correct me but I don't think GNS3 saves the Juniper configs in a separate file like it does Cisco's which are stored in the Configs folder. Instead my best guess would be in the qemu-flash-drives directory which has a subdirectory for each Juniper device in the project. If you look inside of those device subdirectory you will see a Flash and a Swap file; it would be my guess these contain the particulars for the instance.

I could be wrong, but after digging through the Preferences and Topology config files I don't see where else they could be. Maybe someone knows a way to open those files, but my advice would be to export via the show command at the root of config mode, or a display|set from ops mode, copy to a file and save it manually.

Absolutely correct. The qemu-flash-drives folder was about the last change made before the release version of 0.8.4, so not many people know about it.
