Launch Superputty and under options make sure the "putty.exe Location (Required)" box is populated with the path to Putty.

Hope this helps!

I found the reason for this issue - when I try to modify the colour scheme in putty by saving the default settings it creates a key under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham

When this key exist Superputty fails - I cannot understand the reason for it but anyway - I deleted it and the normal behavior of SuperPutty is restored.
Anyone out there which can tell me a trick in setting the putty colours to systemcoulours instead of the standard
black - without crahsing the superputty setup?

THIS WORKED for me....

down load Super putty separately.
unzip and copy the content to C:\program files\GNS3\ folder where the default install of GNS3 and other related Apps.

close the GNS3 if open. relaunch GNS3.

this may help, since it help me.
