question 1 : does it means IOU can be used or there is something else to do ?
There is something else to do: create an iourc file with the IOU license number inside. You should have everything you need in this post =>

question 2 (more an humble request) :
is there any tutorial for using new gns3 ?
do you think it would be possible to list some tutotrials in a stick post under "New GNS3" part of this forum ?
Well, not too many tutorials now and most of them should be on this forum.

I have seen that tutorials could be found at :
http://www.gns3.net/video-tutorials/but it seems that none of them are for the new GNS3, am I wrong ?
Correct, this is because the new GNS3 is still in alpha stage and not publicly released yet.

May be just a sticky post named "tutorials" in New GNS3 of this forum would incite people to leave links towards their own tutorials you do not need to do them all busy as you are developping New GNS3.
That's a good idea :) We will probably do this.

question 3 I think one light tutorial (like text in numbered steps) to use GNS3 1.0.n, like one for using IOU with this long awaited switching new feature would be cool no ?
I do agree but we are simply so busy developping...

question 4 I've just seen that you work hard and that alpha 6 is already avalable when alpha 5 has just a week may be, congratulations but how can we upgrade from alpha5 to alpha 6 ?
Well to upgrade, simply download the release archives from github:
https://github.com/GNS3/gns3-gui/archiv ... alpha6.ziphttps://github.com/GNS3/gns3-server/arc ... alpha6.zipThen install both of them using the following command for each:
Code:
sudo python3 setup.py install
Cheers,
