i receive "make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop."
when i type make

Dynamips is longer compiled using GNU Make, but uses cmake instead as you tried originally.

You will need to install cmake using apt-get

Code:

apt-get install cmake

You will also need the the build-dependancies installed to build from source (uuid-dev, libelf-dev, libpcap0.8-dev)

Example compile in a separate directory (recommended):

Code:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make install

Example compile in the source directory:

Code:

cmake .
make install

If you want to install to another directory you must add -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/target/path to the cmake line. (before the path to source, which is .. or . in the examples)
