Hi,
there is a nice tutorial you can use when you need to change MAC address of VMWARE machine to an arbitrary MAC.
It is quite useful when you want to setup a mirror of Cisco Unified Communication Manager of your MCS server on the VMware machine.
Then I think it is possible to transfer a licence file of your production CUCM (which is tied with MAC of NIC your MCS server) to CUCM on VMWARE server (not testeted yet)

Change of MAC was made on VMWARE server 2.0.1.
