Jeremy,
I still have issues with IOU.
1. If i worked on a project, saved configs, shutdown IOUs running L2 image, saved project and exited, on starting a new project, all configs(for IOU) will replicate the exited project. However, if i shutdown the IOUVM and restarted before new project, all will be ok.

2. If i created VLANs and want to delete them (delete unix:vlan.dat) the VLANs don't delete. VTP not running in this case. This is making me mad. I have this project with over 15 connections to single L2 IOU switch but the VLANs are not deleting.

Are you using temporary projects or create a new project first when you start GNS3?

I create new project first on starting gns3. On starting the devices, the configs are replicated.
