In 1.0-beta1, the option "Reserve first NIC for VirtualBox NAT to host OS" is completely missing.

I'd VERY much like to have it back, not so much for "NAT to host OS" reasons, but for management reasons - I have the first NIC set to "VirtualBox Host-Only Adapter", and then connect to the host via that interface.

The only thing I'd hope is changed upon this option's return is the text - Change it to perhaps "Reserve first adapter for VirtualBox", which is not only shorter, but makes more sense too, especially given the dual role of this option (i.e. "NAT" or "Host-Only").

If not this particular checkbox, at least a worthy equivalent, like perhaps "Adapter start offset" or "Reserved adapters" - a number field, defaulting to 0. It would tell GNS3 to add "Adapter" number of NICs, starting at the specified offset, leaving the adapters before the offset untouched.

Yes, the 1.0 beta 1 implementation is incomplete. I plan to add it back for beta2.

I like this idea, it gives more flexibility.

Thanks!
