You need to get Cisco IOS image. Do you have one ?
Also disabling UAC may help.

GNS3 0.7.4 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Running on an AMD x2 6000+ 4gb ram etc...

The PC is also running a WinXP VM bridged to a MS loopback adapter for using the SDM in preparation for the CCNA IINS exam.

Only issue I have found is rsa keys do not save. So every time before I can SSH instead of console port, or use SDM without errors, is if I generate new keys each time I reload a router.

Hi,

I've got a Server with 8G RAM but not sure if GNS3 will work with Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit as thats needed for the 8G to be recognized.
Anyone know for sure if it will work with this OS?

it will work, the problem is that dynamips on windows can only be compiled as 32 bit,
as result your 8gb ram are "useless" for gns3 and windows since the software will always use 4gb at max.

use a linux OS to be able to appreciate a full potential on 64bit
