 Post subject: How to assign VLAN ip address on GNS3

Hi Guys,

I tried to assign ip address on VLAN interface but no luck.
I can create VLAN with vlan database but unable to assign ip address.

like, int vlan 1 --> invalid input.

please help

not much to go on but let's have a try...where are you typing this command?
Correct:
Switch(config)#int vlan 1
Incorrect:
Switch(vlan)#int vlan 1

I am facing the same issue.

the vlan database command is working fine.

then, assign vlan 1

The issue is here, how can i assign ip add within the already configured vlan 1.

I have attached a screenshot.

As can be seen the vlans 1,2,100 and 200 are already configured.

It is doesnt allow me to insert the command int vlan 1 etc.
