Hello,

1.First download SecureCRT v6.0 and register it.
2.Make below settings in GNS3 preferences:

Preferences>General>terminal settings>
preconfigured telnet commands: telnet (windows)
terminal command: "start C:\progra~1\VanDykeSoftware\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.EXE /script C:\progra~1\gns3\securecrt.vbs /arg %d /T /telnet %h %p"

Put check tick on : Launch this command using the system default shell

3.save securecrt.vbs file in C:\progra~1\gns3

Below is the script content:


#$Language = "VBScript"
#$Interface = "1.0"

Sub main
crt.window.caption = crt.arguments(0)
End Sub

I found that a space appears in my SecureCRT.exe path ...
start C:\Program~1\VanDyke Software\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.exe" /script C:\progra~1\gns3\securecrt.vbs /arg %d /T /telnet %h %p

and, it won't work if any spaces appears on the path ...

can someone help me ?

You can get 8-character DOS name of your folder by typing a command at command prompt
dir /x

so ,this folder name will become VANDYK~1

I set up the SecureCRT in the following folder:

D:\Program Files\VanDyke Software\SecureCRT

and GNS3 in the following folder:
D:\Program Files\GNS3

I followed your instructions and I change the name of the command you mentioned, but it didn't working.
Would you mind giving me a specific instruction with the given directories above!

Use this Terminal command. --> There is no "start" command at the beginning.
"C:\Program Files\VanDyke Software\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.EXE" /script "C:\Program Files\GNS3\securecrt.vbs" /arg %d /T /telnet %h %p

Don't check the box "Launch this command using the system default shell"
It works for me GNS3 0.7.4 version.
