in the original dynagen console, when type in "help", will list all the available commands.
next step, if you want more detailed information, let's say "capture" command, you can type "capture help" to get more help.
Unfortunately, this feature has gone in gns3. It causes a lot of inconvenience.

when type in "help" in the console, it will show "capture, ..." commands.
but when type "help capture" or "capture help", it show nothing.
see the attached image.
I installed gns3 all in one.

I too have noticed this - the old verison 0.6 had much more help than the new 0.7. Compare:

GNS3 Version 0.7

=> ver
Dynagen version 0.11.0.090615
hypervisor version(s):

Credits:
Dynagen is written and maintained by Greg Anuzelli
Contributing developer: Pavel Skovajsa & Jeremy Grossmann
Qemuwrapper: Thomas Pani & Jeremy Grossmann
Pemu: Milen Svobodnikov
Thanks to the authors of the ConfObj library

And big thanks of course to Christophe Fillot as the author of Dynamips.

=> help

Undocumented commands:
======================
capture copy exit hypervisors push send suspend
clear cpuinfo export idlepc py shell telnet
conf debug filter import reload show ver
confreg disconnect help list resume start versions
console end hist no save stop

=> help console
*** No help on console

GNS Version 0.6

=> ver
Dynagen version 0.11.0.100407
hypervisor version(s):

Credits:
Dynagen is written and maintained by Greg Anuzelli
Contributing developer: Pavel Skovajsa
Pemuwrapper: Thomas Pani
Pemu: Milen Svobodnikov
Thanks to the authors of the ConfObj library

And big thanks of course to Chris Filot as the author of Dynamips.

=> help

Documented commands (type help <topic>):
========================================
capture console disconnect filter idlepc push save start ver
clear copy end help import py send stop
conf cpuinfo exit hist list reload shell suspend
confreg debug export hypervisors no resume show telnet

=> help console
console {/all | router1 [router2] ...}
connect to the console(s) of all or a specific router

And I too would love to have the old helpful console back, although i pretty much know all the commands I want to use now.

This bug is specific to Windows ... again grrr. I'll put this on the "to fix" list.
