plz let me know whether GNS3 will support configuring ip sla monitor with c2600 or not .i know that how to configure ip sla with cisco router.but i need to do it in GNS3 environment.bcoz,"router(config)#ip sla monitor <operation num>" is not taken.

There is no difference how to configure it in GNS3. Just follow IP SLA documentation. Also make sure that you IOS and feature set is supporting IP SLA.

I have been working through the labs for the CBT Nuggets for CCNP Route and when doing some policy based routing using route maps and IP sla monitor to track a particular interface. In doing the lab i noticed that when I killed the tracked interface the policy based routing took over and switched to the other router however when the link was re-established the routing did not switch back. I was just wondering if this is an issue with GNS or if I needed additional config to make it switch back similar to the preempt with HSRP.
