Did Gns3 runs under Windows 7? can any body tell me the true about this?

Yes, GNS3 runs fine in Windows 7 (even Home Premium).

but i installled the Gns3 but it will failed to starts the dynamips. What is the problem?

I had the same problem after installing in Windows 7 - you try to drag a device into the topology and you get an error stating that the path to Dynamips is unknown. Go to Edit --> Preferences and select the Dynamips heading, then simply click on the Test button at the bottom of the page - everything works after that.
