Im not a teki person. I don't even have too much knowledge in cisco. Can you please help me with this problem?

This happens continuously so my internet is down.

hi, this happened to me too when i configured Frame Relay, it goes up then after a while it goes down very bad thing, i think the problem is in your CPU if the computer is slow the responding will be hard try to play with idle pc, it helped me
