Thank you for that reply. I have already downloaded the linux-tinycore-2.11.5.img but please I also need to know how to configure a Qemu host to work. I'd appreciate it if you reply.

I have been able to get it. Thanks. The details are attached.

The following are guidelines for the installation of Qemu hosts:
• Extract the following files “qemu-0.13.0-patched” ”qemu-0.13.0-patches” ”qemuwrapper-0.7.3-win32”; these files are available in the download section.
• Save the extracted “qemu-0.13.0-patches” into the extracted “qemu-0.13.0-patched”
• Open My Computer Program files GNS 3
• Create a new folder called “QEMU hosts”
• Save the extracted files in step 2 together with “linux-tinycore-3.4” into this folder.
• Run GNS 3
• Click on edit preferences Qemu Qemu settings
• On the qemuwrapper, set path to: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNS3\QEMU hosts\Qemuwrapper\qemuwrapper.exe
• Set path to Qemu to be: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNS3\QEMU hosts\Qemu\qemu.exe
• Set path to Qemu-img to be: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNS3\QEMU hosts\Qemu\qemu-img.exe
• Test. This should start successfully.
• Click on Qemu Hosts and set path to binary image to be: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNS3\QEMU hosts\linux-tinycore-3.4.img
• Type maybe CPT on identifier name then click save.
