Hi,
I'm trynig to make my two ESXi virtual machines on two different subnets (192.168.102.1, 192.168.202.1) to be inter-route by a Cisco 3640 running on GNS3 (running on a Linux UBUNTU machine).
I tried exactly what is suggested by the posts below.
http://www.blindhog.net/linux-bridging- ... nications/http://dvas0004.wordpress.com/2010/11/1 ... ns3-linux/http://joshatterbury.com/tutorials/conf ... interface/http://joshatterbury.com/tutorials/part ... -on-linux/But, unfortunately ; it seems the GNS3 3640 cannot route "ping packets" between the two different subnets (Vswitches).
I already made work very complex three-layered L3-routing topology connected to VPCS :
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gns-3/f ... p/download. But, this simple sample lab cannot work with VMs.
Did someone already make ESX/ESXi inter-subnet or inter-vlan routing work in GNS3 ?
Thanks in advance for any help !
