Good afternoon,

In first sorry for my english.

I installed GNS3 on LinuxMint 11 from the repository. everything works fine, i can save topology, except when i'm trying to use qemu with microcore.img.
The qemu preferences matches, and when i click on the 'test' button, the message says that qemu starts properly.

so i configure the qemu host, name, .img place...

Once on the map, i add the qemu host, and start it. the gnome terminal window appears 1 second and be closed. After that when i open a new console on the qemu host, nothing happened except :
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to 127.0.0.1.
Escape character is '^]'.

If i lauch the .img directly from a gnome terminal window with the commande #qemu <file.img>, it's works.

Could you please give me some information about this issue, documentation, etc...or if i have to use an another kind of remote window...

Thanks a lot.

mangue

Hello I have the same issue
I have managed to work it somehow but running qemuwrapper script before starting GNS3.
Then when you try to load a qemu image in GNS3 a messages will popup that qemuwrapper is already started and the image will boot
If you click on the console you can access it.
I'm also searching for a solution how to bypass this.
Hope it helps,
