I don't remember any warez site - I took a look at these last year and thought they were pretty good. I've certainly not received any junk mail from them since.

The distribution site is a file-sharing site, but what can a developer do? I know how hard it has been for me to find a way to distribute GNS3 Workbench - and I have even put that on a file-sharing site to try and make it easy for people to access.

I think this guy is legit, just trying to help people and perhaps catching a bit of goodwill that may help his business.

That's my 2c. Happy to be corrected if anyone has better knowledge.
