We are hosting GNS3 in a VM in one of our data centers. The VM is specifically designated for the GNS3 application. I have created a router with a simple configuration of the FA0/0 interface using an unused IP in the same subnet as the WM. The cloud only has 1 interface to select and the option is the Tunnel adapter. I have created a default route back to the server's default-gateway.
I cannot ping the default-gateway or another server in the same subnet. Neither can I ping the router from another server in the same subnet. I know running GNS3 ina VM adds another layer of complexity and I believe the issue lies in the network adapter. Anyone have any advice?
