Hi all,
I want to add a functionality to GNS3 script & Dynamips code so I could view a specific routers memory without asking it directly (without using the command of showing the memory), so I would be able to preform trusted monitoring.
Do you have any suggestions how to do this? Where should I add my code...?

thanks and have a great day

You want to know the memory state according to the operating system.
From the hardware point of view (emulated by dynamips), all available memory is given to the operating system (IOS).
Some information can be gathered by checking/tracking the cache but that probably won't satisfy your needs.

Your best strategy for automated stuff is to add scripting capabilities to GNS3.

Concept script:
while script.is_running:
  wait X time
  for each tracked router:
    telnet.connect to router.aux.address
telnet.output commands to get memory info
    get memory info from telnet.input
if memory info is in a particular state:
do something (log, get further info, ...)
