I'm trying to use GNS3 but receive a "Dynamips path doesn't exist" message when i click on the Test Settings option. This is extermely frustrating. I have tried removing the program and re-installing it several times now, but it appears to leave behind files.

Any suggestions, PLEASE!!!!

you can check your install files whether contain "dynamips.exe" or not...

The path should be /Applications/GNS3.app/Contents/Resources/dynamips-0.2.8-RC3-community-OSX.intel64.bin if you have installed GNS3 from the DMG to /Applications.
