Hello all. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to assist me in getting GNS3 v0.8.5 and SuperPutty to play nice.

General Info: GNS3 v0.8.5 - Windows 7 Pro 64bit - SuperPutty v1.4.0.4

To the best of my knowledge I believe that I have configured the Terminal properties in GNS3 v0.8.5 properly.

And here is the result when attempting to start a console.

Your time and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Peter

What worries me is that you have SuperPutty set up as the console application for terminal, but PuTTY for VirtualBox.

  1. Did you install from the GNS3 "all-in-one" exe, or some other way?
IF you installed form the "all-in-one", did you choose to install SuperPutty from the install process or later

Thank you so much for the reply.

I did use the "all-in-one"

IF you installed form the "all-in-one", did you choose to install SuperPutty from the install process or later

I installed it later.

What I finally did was to uninstall and re-install the all-in-one but chose to install SuperPutty the second time around. Everything is functioning as it should. Thanks again.
