If you are using GNS3 installed on Windows 7 64 bit connected to some real switch then you may experience some multicast issues because the "Reliable multicast protocol" is not enabled by default on Windows 7.

Basically OSPF will flap and EIGRP will form one way relationship:

Code:
*Mar  1 00:02:12.035: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 6.6.6.6 on FastEthernet0/0 from INIT to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Interface down or detached

To resolve the above issues you have to enable the reliable multicast protocol under the interface connected to the breakout switch.
