I've got VirtualBox running a VM with a TinyCore linux image. I've set the network adapter to "HostOnly" and have defined a HostOnly network (vboxnet1) in preferences. In GNS3 I've created a "cloud" and set the interface to nio_gen_eth:vboxnet1. Then I added connection and it appears to be okay (both ends are up). On the router I define an ethernet port in the same subnet (192.168.57.1/24).

Ping isn't successful from either end. On the tinycore instance the arp shows "incomplete" for the router's IP. On the router the sh arp lists the correct MAC for the tinycore instance. Anybody run into this? Oh, I'm running this on MAC OSx Lion
