I've got a multipoint frame relay example I've setup - R1 can ping R2 and R3, and from R2/3 I can ping R1. So network wise everything looks like its running fine.

On each of the routers though I am unable to ping themselves. Any ideas why?
So on R1 I am unable to ping 192.168.1.1

R1
Code:
interface Serial0/0
no ip address
encapsulation frame-relay
serial restart-delay 0
!
interface Serial0/0.1 multipoint
ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.248
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.2 101 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.3 102 broadcast

R2
Code:
interface Serial0/0
no ip address
encapsulation frame-relay
serial restart-delay 0
!
interface Serial0/0.1 multipoint
ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.248
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.1 201 broadcast

R3
Code:
interface Serial0/0
no ip address
encapsulation frame-relay
serial restart-delay 0
!
interface Serial0/0.1 multipoint
ip address 192.168.1.3 255.255.255.248
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.1 202 broadcast

FR1
Code:
  [[FRSW FR1]]
        1:101 = 10:201
        1:102 = 11:202
        10:201 = 1:101
        11:202 = 1:102

Location: Upper Silesia, Poland
keyword: Inverse ARP.
Please note that R2 can not reach R3, and on all routers you can not ping local IP configured. You have to provide mapping for that and YOU CAN provide mapping for locally configured address. For example, on R2 you should have
Code:
interface Serial0/0.1 multipoint
ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.248
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.1 201 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.2 201
end

On R1, you can map local ip to ONLY ONE of DLCIs available at R1. You can't do it for more that one DLCI - IOS will complain about that
Put static mappings (like above) on R1 and R3 and you'll ping all IPs configured on all routers.
