Hi all.
I'm new. Just trying to get myself up and running.
I have Windows 7 x64 as my host system, VMWare Workstation 8.0.4. I have 3 x WinXP VM's configured as Host Only to VMNet 2, 3 and 4. The VMNets are visible when I do an ipconfig, and the machines have IP addresses assigned.
The GNS3 0.8.2 I have installed can see VMNet 1 and VMNet 8 fine. But it can't see the VMNET2, 3 or 4 I have configured (I'm using the Cloud within GNS). These VMNets were added after GNS was installed. I have tried running GNS as Administrator, and have also checked by running the 'Network Device List' GUI util as Administrator/XPSP3 compatible - and still only can only see VMNETs 1 and 8.
I was wondering if the NIC's were enumerated at install time, and I need to re-run some install process to discover additional NICS? Or should it be dynamic and I have something else wrong?
