Thanks for the awesome product!
I'm having issues with GNS3 0.8.4-R2. The issue is when I connect to the GNS cloud, via a switch module.
Here is my configuration:
Windows 8 Pro x64, GNS3 0.8.4 RC2, WinPCAP 4.1.3, Dynamips 0.2.8 RC5, Qemu 0.11.0, Vpcs 0.4b2, image: Cisco 3660 with 128 MB Ram
The following works fine: I can create the Windows loopback adapter (via DM). Then I can share my ethernet, via MS ICS (internet connection sharing). If I use a normal ethernet port (Leopard-2FE), I can ping between the PC and the router. All is fine.
The following is the problem: Then I add the NM-16ESW module to the router. I remove the normal ethernet from the clould. I add a port from the switch module to the cloud. I do the required ip configuration. However the router can no longer ping the PC.
I did a wireshark capture on the switch module link to cloud.
Ping from pc to rtr. Result Pass: I can see the pc arp for the router.
Ping from rtr to pc: Result Fail: I can't see the rtr arp for the pc.
Here is the router output which shows no outbound or inbound traffic to the cloud:

I also reproduced the above problem, in another way.
When I run my bare metal Hyper-V, from Windows 8, I created an Internal network switch.
When I connect from GNS rtr to Hyper-V via a normal rtr enet port, it works fine.
When I connect from GNS rtr to Hyper-v via a switch modulel port, I have the same exact problem (as above with a normal loopback).

I don't know if the above issue is also with older GNS software versions.
