I now have 3 clouds on my topology and when I try and delete them i get the following error in the Dynagen console: Dynagen management console for Dynamips (adapted for GNS3) Copyright (c) 2008 GNS3 Project => ---------Traceback lines (saved in exception.log)---------- Traceback (most recent call last): File "GNS3/NodeConfigurator.pyo", line 226, in __slotSelectionChanged File "GNS3/NodeConfigurator.pyo", line 271, in __showConfigurationPage File "GNS3/NodeConfigurator.pyo", line 322, in showConfigurationPageByName File "GNS3/Ui/ConfigurationPages/Page_Cloud.pyo", line 444, in loadConfig TypeError: 'NoneType' object is unsubscriptable ----------------------------------------------------------- ---------Traceback lines (saved in exception.log)---------- Traceback (most recent call last): File "GNS3/UndoFramework.pyo", line 73, in redo File "GNS3/Node/Cloud.pyo", line 76, in duplicate_config AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'copy' ----------------------------------------------------------- I've tried to delete the Clouds entry in the .net file, save and restart GNS3 (ver 0.7)..but the Clouds are still there. It's starting to look like a stormy topology with all those clouds ;-))). How does one nuke them.. permanently? |

Hello Everyone, I had the same problem but managed to fix it by clicking on the history commands in the "undo stack". Grossmj, you say it's fixed so what shall I do to fix mine? do I need to download GNS3 and install it again? regards, Nidal |

I fixed it this way. Edit the .net file you have with notepad, erase the lines referring with clouds, and then like magic, when you I the file, no more f.... clouds. |
