I created a Junos image and it boots just fine. The problem I'm having is the interfaces in GNS3
don't match what's in the router.

I connected two interfaces together and conntected them using what GNS3 says is an e0 interface. Howver, when I log into these routers, I don't see an e0 interface. I DO see interfaces em0 - em5. If I do "show int em0", it says it's an Ethernet interface. I tried shutting down the interface in one of the routers, and it shows it down down. However, when I go back to GNS3, it still shows both interfaces green, and when I log into the router that's attached to the interface I just shut down, it still shows up.

So, am I doing something wrong, or is this a quirk with GNS3 (or the Juno images)?

Thanks,

Andy
