Long story short, I installed a C3745, using c3745-ipvoicek9-mz.124-9.T.Bin, and then installed CME-FULL-7.1.0.0.tar. You can do "some" IP Phone operations in Cisco Packet Tracer, but even with everything configured correctly, the phones hang because they can't locate a CME.

Speaking of, I installed IPBlue Multilab IP phones, but they won't work because I need a microphone (and I have no idea if I'm supposed to connect them to the etherswtich, or that Call Manager Icon.

Are there any SCCP capable ip softphones I can use in GNS3 *without* needing a microphone? And how do I connect them to my topology? It's stupidly easy in Packet Tracer, but it's not the same here.

Any and help help is greatly appreciated!

Hie,to simulate SCCP download CIPC(zipped file name cisipcom702)unzip it and install, then on your host PC create a ms loopback interface,in the softphone then you define it to use the loopback interface here you will assign an IP-addre.Then in GNS3 use the cloud then configure it to bind to the loopback interface and put a link to your router running the voice image.when your config is right in the router the SCCP phone will register and can make calls.
