Dear All,
I installed the gns3 on windows vista successfully but the problem is when i try to connect to the router by consol ( telnet to the ios i mean ) i can not and the error ( the system can not find the file specified ) appears even i found the idle pc successfully .the router on start mode .i turned on the windows feature .i marked telnet server and telnet client . so plz help note : i use WINDOWS VISTA

It sounds that:

1. you don't have telnet client enable in Vista
2. the path in GNS3 preferences is wrong (Terminal command) or telnet is not in path

If you don't want to use telnet you can use PuTTY also. There is examle in GNS3 documentation:

tank you very much it is working fne now after installing putty ( shokraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan ) thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks :D
